Ho Tin & Associates Consulting Engineers Limited is a Hong Kong-based independent consulting civil and structural engineering firm founded in 1977. Initially, the firm was appointed as the consulting civil engineers for Fairview Park and, later, Hong Lok Yuen, two of Hong Kong's largest private housing developments. Since then, the firm has completed development planning, feasibility studies, detail design, and site supervision for a variety of Hong Kong sites, including Sha Tin Town Lot No. 1, Hong Kong Gold Coast, Savanna Garden, Palm Springs, and Royal Palms, as well as site formation, structure, roads, drainage, water supply, flood control, and sewage treatment.

The firm's capabilities and resources, which cover a wide range of projects, have been recognized in both the private and public sectors. Various government departments have appointed the firm, including the Drainage Services Department, Highways Department, Civil Engineering and Development Department, Architectural Services Department, Housing Department, and Buildings Department.

The company is well-known for its expertise in marine construction, such as reclamation, seawalls, piers, marinas, and floating pontoon systems. Aberdeen Marina Club, the Hong Kong Gold Coast, and Discovery Bay are all notable examples.

The firm has also completed foundations, basement structures, and superstructures for high-rise buildings such as the Argyle Center Towers (commercial), Ventris Place and Hampton Place (residential), Delta House (I/O Building), and, most recently, public rental housing buildings in Choi Tak Estate. The firm has been able to provide complete geotechnical engineering services for all of these projects using its internal resources.

The firm has extensive experience managing large-scale developments. Full-service civil, structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering is available. Beginning with feasibility, design of plans, tender invitation and award of tender, site management and supervision, and acceptance of completed works, the firm can provide full service.
